汚れ具合や希望する仕上がりによっては有料となってしまいますのでご注意ください。
余談ですが、退去前にハウスクリーニングを希望される方がいらっしゃいますが、仲介業者や管理会社から後日請求されるものと重なり、二重発注となる危険がありますので、要注意です。
最終確認とお支払い
作業終了後に問題がないかお客様と立ち合いし確認を行います。
確認を行う上で、
・依頼通りに荷物の搬出は完了しているか。
・残すもの、貴重品など、お客様にお渡しするものは揃っているか。
・清掃状態の確認。
以上の3点が主な確認事項になります。
問題がないようであれば、契約書にサインを頂きお支払いとなりますが、
