退去後の立ち合いも後日控えているとのことでしたので、荷物搬出後に著しく汚れている箇所は清掃を行います。

何が必要で、何がご不要か。簡単に答えが出ない場合もありますが、今回のケースでは事前に必要なものは新居へ移動を終えていましたのでほとんど迷うことはありませんでした。
しかし、荷物で溢れているお部屋やクローゼットの中にはご本人でさえ何が入っているかを把握されていないケースも多くあります。
その場合、膨大な時間が必要となりますがお客様と一緒に荷物を確認し選別していくか、貴重品・お写真・個人情報に繋がる書類などを残し、新品や新しめの物を残していくなど、おおよその見当をつけて作業を進めていくパターンがあります。
今回の場合は残置物はすべて撤去する形となりましたので、見積り、打ち合わせ後に早速作業に移ります。
荷物の選別と搬出作業
弊社ではお部屋から搬出する前に、お間違えがないようにお荷物を1品ずつ再確認し、可燃物、不燃物、その他プラスチック類など分別していきます。
この際重要となるのは、他のお荷物に混ざって貴重品などが見つかることがよくあります。
洋服のポケットの中に現金や鍵類が入っていることはよくありますので、たとえご不要と言われたものでさえ出来るだけ細かく確認、分別、選別をし必要なものをお渡しするようにしております。
出入り口のスペースに通らないものなどは分解し、搬出しやすいように準備を行います。
お荷物のすべてを搬出完了した後は、清掃の準備に取り掛かります。
清掃作業
最後にキッチン・リビング・和室・トイレ・洗面を室内の簡易清掃を行います。
特に汚れやすい水回りを重点的に行います。本作業は費用に含まれないサービスとなります。
基本的には作業時に舞ってしまうホコリなどを簡単に除去する作業の延長になります。
汚れ具合や希望する仕上がりによっては有料となってしまいますのでご注意ください。
余談ですが、退去前にハウスクリーニングを希望される方がいらっしゃいますが、仲介業者や管理会社から後日請求されるものと重なり、二重発注となる危険がありますので、要注意です。
最終確認とお支払い
作業終了後に問題がないかお客様と立ち合いし確認を行います。
確認を行う上で、
・依頼通りに荷物の搬出は完了しているか。
・残すもの、貴重品など、お客様にお渡しするものは揃っているか。
・清掃状態の確認。
以上の3点が主な確認事項になります。
問題がないようであれば、契約書にサインを頂きお支払いとなりますが、
弊社では、現金でのお支払い、銀行振り込み、クレジットカード決済に対応しています。
ご希望されるお支払い方法でご決済後、すべて完了となります。（銀行振り込みのみ後日対応可能です）
