お仕事のご依頼〜完了までの流れ
我々トータルクリーンアップでは、特殊清掃、ゴミ部屋、ゴミ屋敷の清掃、ペット臭の消臭、
タバコ臭の消臭、遺品整理、生前整理など行っております。
作業をご依頼されるまで、そして作業完了してからの一連の流れをご説明させて頂きます。
まずはお客様から当社までお問い合わせして頂きます。
こちらは電話でも、LINEでも、メールでも構いません。
24時間365日いつでも受け付けております。
その際に簡単にご依頼内容をヒアリングさせて頂きます。
お名前、ご住所、作業内容、お見積もり希望日など。
お見積日の日程調整をさせて頂き、なるべく早い日にちにお伺いさせて頂きます。
現地お見積もりでは、交通費や燃料費など一切の費用は頂きませんので、ご安心してください。
現地でお見積もりをさせて頂き（所要時間30分程度）、その場でお客様にご提案させて頂きます。
お客様に金額ご納得いただけましたら、作業日を調整させて頂きます。
作業日が確定しましたら、作業請負契約書にサインして頂きます。
※もちろん即日作業も受け付けておりますので、その際はお問い合わせのタイミングでお伝えください。
作業完了しましたら、お客様とお立ち会いをしまして完了確認を行います。
作業が全て終わっているのか。
残して欲しい物がなくなっていないか。
全ての確認が終わりましたら、お支払い手続きを行います。
お支払い方法は現金払い、クレジットカード払い、銀行振込があります。
※銀行振り込みの場合は作業完了日から１週間以内でのお振込をお願いしております。
もしお支払い完了した後に何か気になることなどございましたら、再度ご連絡ください。
作業完了してから１週間以内でしたら無料でご対応させて頂きます。
